Spay & Neuter Clinic Information

The VHS Spay & Neuter Clinic has been open for over 4 years now. We are spaying and neutering dogs and cats Monday through Friday in our fight to end pet overpopulation.
Our fees are listed below:
Female dogs $70.00
Male dogs $60.00
Over 100# $25.00 additional
Female cats $50.00
Male cats $30.00
Feral cats (in traps) $30.00
(includes Rabies vaccine, Ear tip, FVRCP vaccine)
In heat, pregnant, cryptorchid pets $15 extra
Rabies vaccine $10.00 (required if not
current)
24 Hour Pet Watch Microchip $25.00 (includes national registration)
Other vaccines are available as well as Heartworm testing and FELV/FIV testing.
All services are available at the time of surgery only.
To schedule an appointment, please call 812-426-2563 ext. 216. Please leave your name, phone number, email address, best time to call, type and sex of animal needing to be altered.

Animals must be dropped off for surgery on their appointment date at 8 AM. Cats must be in separate carriers and dogs must be on a leash. All animals over 4 months of age must have their food withheld after 9 PM the night before surgery. Pets will spend the night at the VHS Spay & Neuter Clinic and must be picked up the morning after surgery at 7:30 AM.
